We use very few cookies. The ones that sign you in are unavoidable; the ones that measure how the product is used are optional and you can decline them.
These make signing in and staying signed in possible. They cannot be switched off, because without them the application does not work. We do not ask consent for these, as the law does not require it for cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you requested.
Two small values are kept in your browser’s own storage rather than sent to us as cookies. Neither identifies you, and neither leaves your device.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see which parts of the product get used and where the interface causes difficulty. It sets cookies to recognise a returning browser and group interactions into a session. Clarity is configured to mask text, so what you type and the names of your projects and clients are not captured.
These are set only if you accept analytics. Declining leaves the product fully functional — nothing about your access changes.
You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time using the cookie banner control on this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Microsoft offers an opt-out for Clarity at clarity.microsoft.com. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
What we collect and why, who processes it, and your rights over it are set out in our Privacy Policy.
